Halacha

Rabbi Dovid Horwitz attended Ner Israel Rabbinical College in Baltimore, Maryland in the United States, where he received his Bachelor’s degree in Talmudic Law. He then studied for ten years in Yeshivas Toras Moshe in Jerusalem under the auspices of Rabbi Moshe Meiselman, a nephew of Rabbi Joseph Soloveitchik. In 1997 Rabbi Horwitz received semichah from the Chief Rabbinate of Israel and from Rabbi Zalman Nechemiah Goldberg of Jerusalem. Rabbi Dovid Horwitz is the founder and director of the Ra'anana Community Kollel.
